General<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, and deliveries from Milplex B.V.<\/li><li>Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>2. Quotations and Agreements<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.<\/li><li>An agreement is considered final after Milplex B.V. has provided written confirmation.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>3. Prices<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.<\/li><li>Price changes due to external factors (e.g., raw material price increases) will be communicated promptly and passed on.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>4. Payment<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.<\/li><li>In the case of late payment, Milplex B.V. reserves the right to charge interest and collection fees.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>5. Delivery<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the agreement.<\/li><li>The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer at the time of delivery.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>6. Liability<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Milplex B.V. is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profit or consequential damages.<\/li><li>Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service related to the damage.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>7. Warranty<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Milplex B.V. provides a warranty on manufacturing defects and material faults, as specified in our warranty terms.<\/li><li>The warranty is void in cases of misuse, insufficient maintenance, or modifications made by the customer.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>8. Cancellation and Returns<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Cancellation of an order is only possible with written approval from Milplex B.V.<\/li><li>Returns are only accepted if agreed upon in advance in writing. Any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>9. Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>All designs, drawings, prototypes, and other intellectual property remain the property of Milplex B.V. unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li><li>Reproduction or use of our designs without permission is not allowed.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>10. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Milplex B.V. is not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or transportation or supply disruptions.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>11. Disputes<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>All agreements are governed by Dutch law.<\/li><li>Disputes will be resolved amicably wherever possible. If this fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>12.
