From file to manufacturable product
The best quote emerges when technical input and use case are connected directly.
Request
Material, file, quantities and deadline arrive together.
File check
Milplex checks manufacturability, layer structure and visible sides.
Route choice
CNC, laser, engraving, bending, finishing or assembly is selected.
Quote / approval
You receive a proposal for material, approach, planning and price for approval.
Production
The workshop in Best produces and finishes customer-ready.
Delivery
Delivery as sheet parts, ready-to-install work or complete product.
Machines, material advice and finishing under one roof
In Best, Milplex connects CNC routing, laser cutting, engraving, bending, finishing and assembly to concrete project information. That makes requests easier to manufacture and quote.

What to expect from the collaboration
Not webshop handling, but a production partner that reviews manufacturability and material choice up front.
Personal contact
Milplex responds as a production partner, not as a generic webshop.
File review up front
Before production starts, we review manufacturability, material choice and relevant file details.
Fit for prototypes and repeat work
From samples to repeat production, requests can scale without changing the route.
Workshop in Best
On-site alignment is available when material, application or planning requires it.
Send your file, sketch or idea
Add material direction, dimensions, quantities and deadline. Milplex checks manufacturability and confirms the best next step within one working day.
For a request, only name, email or phone, and a short description are required. Other project details are optional.
Common questions about custom sheet processing
Answers that help new visitors choose between sending a file, calling or asking for material advice first.
How fast do we receive a quote?
Usually within 1 business day. For complex requests we immediately confirm what extra information we need.
Which files can we send?
PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP, JPG and PNG are common formats. Use the file specification page for clean cut lines and dimensions.
Do you handle rush jobs?
Yes, when material, file and planning allow it. Common materials are often available quickly; rush work is always checked technically.
Can you advise on material choice?
Yes. We help choose between acrylic, ACM, PET-G, wood and other sheet materials based on use case and budget.
