Common questions about files
Answers to questions that determine whether a file is quote- or production-ready.
Which file formats are preferred?
DXF, DWG, STEP and clean PDF files are preferred. A sketch or reference image can also work as a starting point.
Should I include material and quantity immediately?
Yes. Material, size, quantity and deadline speed up the file review and make the quote more accurate.
What if my file is not production ready yet?
No problem. Milplex will explain which corrections or extra information are still needed before production starts.
