What drives the price of acrylic laser cutting?
The price depends on material and thickness, total cut length (contour + detail), quantity, the file check needed and the finish (for example polishing). Milplex does not give an automatic instant price; we first check your file for manufacturability and quote accordingly — reply within 1 business day.
Short answer: there is no fixed price — the cost of plexiglass (acrylic) laser cutting depends on material, thickness, cut length, file/feasibility check, finishing and quantity. Send your file and within 1 business day you get a concrete quote with price direction.
What drives the price
Material and thickness, total cut length (perimeter + inner contours), set-up, run size, and any finishing (polished edges) or rush. Larger runs lower the per-piece price; set-up is charged once per order.
What to supply for an accurate quote
